Year 6 SAT’s Preparation

This class is aimed at children in Years 1 and 2, supporting their learning in writing and maths. Whether you are looking to close gaps or to stretch and challenge, this class provides a supportive environment to allow your child to thrive.

NOTE: The class is held every Monday 4:35 - 5:20pm

Course Highlights:

This session is designed and led by Holly Sheen, who has extensive experience working in both KS1 and KS2. The sessions incorporate writing, SPAG and maths ensuring children become confident in all areas of their learning. The sessions use a range of practical resources and are carefully planned to ensure your child makes progress whilst developing a love of learning. This session ensures your child develops the foundations required as they move into KS2 and beyond.

What does my child need to bring?

Nothing, all equipment is provided.

Will I get feedback on how my child is doing?

Each half term you will receive written feedback on your child’s progress. We are always happy to answer any questions you may have.

How many children are in the small group sessions?

Our groups never have more than 6 children. There is an abundance of research into the benefits of collaborative working and as experienced teachers we are able to support small group learning whilst tailoring the outcomes for each individual child. We offer each child bespoke targets and feedback ensuring every child reaches their full potential.
