Course Highlights:
Whether your child needs some support to meet age-related expectations or is exceeding and working at a mastery level, our sessions utilise adaptive teaching to personalise support and feedback for every child whilst also allowing them to benefit from working collaboratively: nurturing their reasoning and problem-solving skills.
What does my child need to bring?
Nothing, all equipment is provided.
Can my child stay for creative writing and maths?
Absolutely! We have designed our schedule to ensure that maths and creative writing sessions for each age group run back-to-back. If your child signs up for both they will be provided with a snack and a drink between sessions.
Will I get feedback on how my child is doing?
Each half term you will receive written feedback on your child’s progress. We are always happy to answer any questions you may have.
How many children are in the small group sessions?
Our groups never have more than 6 children. There is an abundance of research into the benefits of collaborative working and as experienced teachers we are able to support small group learning whilst tailoring the outcomes for each individual child. We offer each child bespoke targets and feedback ensuring every child reaches their full potential.

The Xmas Wreath Making Workshop at the Homegrown Learning Hub was a fun, lively, well organised and friendly evening, and would recommend their events to anyone and will certainly be doing it again.Posted on Google![]()

Another fabulous couple of days for the girls at Holiday Camp! They come home brimming with excitement and happiness to tell us all about the experiments they’ve enjoyed, the people they’ve met and the high quality crafts they’ve made. Thank you so much for being such a great option when it comes to holiday childcare :-)Posted on Google![]()

First time visiting the HGLH and it was lovely. Both the ladies who run the place were super friendly and happy to help with any questions I had. It was my baby first time doing sensory at 8 weeks old, although they was asleep I was made to feel welcome to take a seat and wait until baby woke so I could get a feel for the sessions and then join in when I could. I will look forward to returning in the future and getting involved in other sessions.Posted on Google![]()

This is the first time trying the learning hub for my 4 year old son. I have been trying various holiday clubs for him in preparation for when he goes to school and I require holiday care. It is hard to come by holiday clubs for 4 year olds that are not all sports and bouncy castles so this was truly a magical find. He absolutely loved his time there and the next day asked me if he could go back (which is a first). I’m hoping in the future they may cater for 8am - 6pm for holiday clubs. : o)Posted on Google![]()
